The idea behind this technique is to stay alert by taking 5 minute breaks every 20 minutes of work. Once the body becomes accustomed to working hard on short bursts of time, it becomes more efficient. Most likely you will finish the 20 minutes and you won’t feel that you need to take the break. You start working by building your thought pattern and using everything you know up until that moment. So in 3 blocks of 2-4 hours, you can create something fabulous make sure you reach the third stage “productivity” to be able to make a difference.

One of my affirmations is, “I EXPECT harmonious relationships.” This got my attention during a morning meditation and I asked myself, “How can you expect your relationship with her to be anything other than what it’s been as long as you have her fixed in your mind as capable of only certain behaviors?”

I didn’t give this a lot of thought. I simply chose in that moment to set her free from my imposed belief and expectation that she couldn’t behave any other way. Nor did I envision her behaving as I’d like her to. I Let Her Be. We spoke the following week and what happened might be called a miracle by some. After years of conversations I regarded as tortuous, we had the most pleasant conversation in decades. Within a few days, I received an email from someone whose experiences with this woman matched mine. Directionally, American politicians need to implement programs that will create the kind of jobs that are valuable, and likely, in America. Instead of cutting education benefits, raise them to remain a world leader in secondary education and produce a highly qualified workforce of knowledge workers.
